GEROPHARM is an international producer of biotechnology products and a reliable partner in terms of medicinal security in the EAEU countries.

GEROPHARM is a full-cycle pharmaceutical manufacturer investing in technology and modern pharmaceutical infrastructure development.

GEROPHARM areas of expertise: neurology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, gynecology, and urology. Since 2024, the company has been developing the orphan direction. Currently, GEROPHARM’s portfolio includes original medicines, biosimilar recombinant human insulins and insulin analogues, and generics: more than 40 medicinal products in total.

Including 11 ultra-rapid-, rapid-, intermediate-, and long-acting insulins, as well as 2 oral antidiabetic medicinal products.

Today, GEROPHARM is the leader in the Russia’s[1] insulin market and one of TOP 10 global[2] insulin manufacturers. All stages of insulin production are performed at GEROPHARM’s own manufacturing sites in the country. The high quality of medicinal products is confirmed by their compliance with international GxP standards and the trust of doctors and patients.

The company includes 3 modern infrastructure facilities: own R&D center and two world-class manufacturing sites.

In October 2023, GEROPHARM registered Semavic®, the first Russian analogue of Ozempic®, which was no longer supplied to Russia, while in 2024, the company produced the second medicinal product in this line, analogue of Wegovy, Semavic® Next. Currently, GEROPHARM is a leader of Russian obesity market[3].

The R&D centre is currently developing more than 20 medicinal products across various therapeutic areas, including an original innovative ultra-long-acting insulin. What makes it unique is its frequency of use: once a week. Today, there are no medicinal products in the world with a similar duration of action. The production of this innovative insulin is scheduled for 2028–2029.

Medicinal products of the company are represented in 14 countries near and far abroad, including CIS countries, Mongolia, Venezuela, Morocco. The company has opened its own representative offices in Minsk, Almaty, Baku and Caracas, which are now operating successfully. The company’s medicinal products are already localized in Kazakhstan, and the transfer of insulin bottling and packaging in Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Venezuela is underway.
