I give my voluntary consent to the processing (including collection, verification, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction, including by automated means) of personal data provided by me as part of the provision of services to me, subject to compliance by the Contractor (persons engaged by it) with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data»; this voluntary consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked by written notice to the Contractor; the Contractor shall cease processing the personal data in its possession and destroy them within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the revocation of the voluntary consent to the processing of personal data or within the timeframes stipulated by the current legislation, in the absence of a revocation of this voluntary consent to the processing of personal data.
